Project developed in collaboration with the Whirlpool Europe Design Center. MMG was responsible for the art direction and for the design and development of the communication materials supporting the project. This included the creation of photographic and video content, copywriting and the development of catalogues, a website, multimedia tools and the graphic design of exhibitions supporting the presentation of the projects, including the first event held at the Louvre in Paris and at Milan Design Week.
Over the years, the project addressed different themes across several editions, ranging from microwave technologies to the world of laundry and washing and later expanding to the broader concept of the kitchen space, where appliances are no longer simply inserted elements but become an integral part of architecture and furniture design.
The communication project received several international awards, including the American Design Award and the Red Dot Design Award.
The latest project eventually explored the integration of appliances within connected systems, enabling active interaction with users rather than passive use. To provide solutions that increase the quality of life taking care of the environment.
